Fit

What's the best website builder for sports leagues?

Best for

  • Youth and rec leagues that register teams or players for a season.
  • Directors who want divisions, age groups, and a schedule on one site.
  • Leagues that also need a public page for each team.

Not for

  • A one-team site with no divisions and no signup.
  • Leagues that require golf scoring or a USA Volleyball integration.

League sites

What does a league website need?

A league site fails when the schedule, the team list, and the payment link live in three places. Parents need divisions, age groups, game times, a page for their team, and a season registration that takes money. Coaches need the same schedule the public site shows.

Waresport keeps those pieces together. You can build teams and divisions, publish a schedule by team or age group, and give teams pages that pull from the roster. Season registration uses the same registration as a club. Payments are 3.4% + $0.80, with installment plans from 2 to 24 payments.

This page does not claim live standings on the public site. Jersey Watch publishes scheduling and standings on their pricing page. Waresport's published league tools here are divisions, schedules, team pages, registration, and payments. If standings on the homepage are a requirement, confirm that on the demo before you switch.

Included

What does a league website include?

The same six tools clubs use, aimed at a season with more than one team.

Registration

Programs, tryouts, memberships, and drop-ins can be registration cards on the site. Signups land in the club dashboard, including e-signatures for waivers.

Schedules

How do schedule changes reach the site?

Add or move the event in scheduling. The schedule page is tied to those events, so you are not retyping the time into a separate website block. Scheduling and league management is the product page for practices, games, and divisions.

Families still need to hear about a late change. That message goes through the communications hub, which is separate from the page update. Use both: the site shows the new time, and the message tells people it moved.

Team pages

Can every team get its own page?

Yes. Team pages can show the roster you already manage, so a coach is not maintaining a second list on a hidden spreadsheet. Multi-club and team management covers how organizations group teams.

Role-based access decides what a staff login can see. A coach who only works with two teams should not need the whole league's billing screen. The details are on role-based access control. This page does not promise that every coach can redesign the public team page.

Compare

How does Waresport compare for league websites?

League buyers should read the price and the registration row, not a slogan. TeamSnap describes club and league pricing as customized and lists registrations and schedules. Jersey Watch publishes a website, registration, and scheduling and standings for $19, then $348 a year. SportsEngine's public pricing page on October 30, 2026 led with Motion, which is aimed at class-based businesses. Wix lists general templates and bookings, not a youth league product. The leagues and tournaments page covers operations beyond the site. A bracket you can hand out today is the bracket generator.

Price

How much does a league website cost?

Waresport plans are Team $69.99, Club $129.99, Elite $199.99, and Pro $299.99 per month. Team covers up to 75 athletes and includes the website builder, registration, scheduling, and communication. Club covers up to 300 athletes and adds tryout management and Pro Shop. There is no per-athlete software fee. Athlete capacity still depends on the plan.

Card processing is 3.4% + $0.80 per payment. You can pass that fee to families or absorb it. ACH is 0.8%, capped at $5. A generic website plan plus a separate registration tool plus a separate payment tool is a stack of bills. This page does not invent a combined total for that stack, because those other tools publish their own prices.

Yearly billing is 20% off the monthly rate, and a yearly plan can be canceled for a prorated refund within 60 days. The pricing page is demo-first. Ask about a trial on the demo if you want to click through before you commit. See full pricing.

Rising Wickets and Abide Soccer Club publish live sites, and Vero Elite Volleyball Academy publishes a Waresport site. The Lab Basketball Club's case study includes a custom website built in Waresport, plus registration and payments. Vision Volleyball, Texoma Thunder VBC, and Vero Elite are Waresport clubs. Vision's published story is about tryouts, team assignments, communication, and payments as the club grew from two teams to fourteen. Texoma Thunder VBC is named here as a club on the platform. That is a client credit, not a claim that every one of those clubs uses the website builder the same way.
