Most clubs choose to pass Stripe's 2.9% + $0.30 to families at checkout — it's a standard practice and families generally understand it. Waresport makes this a one-click setting per payment form. You can set it globally or override it per event or registration. Waresport's platform fee is not passed to families — it's deducted from your net payout at the platform level.

No. Waresport passes Stripe's standard 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee directly to you at cost — zero markup. Waresport's own platform fee (0.25%–0.75%) is separate and based on your payment volume. Both fees are disclosed upfront and confirmed on your demo.
No. Waresport sets up and manages the Stripe connection for you as part of onboarding. You connect your bank account once — Waresport handles the rest. You don't need a separate Stripe dashboard or account management.
Stripe's standard payout schedule is 2 business days after a payment is captured. This can vary slightly based on your bank and country. Instant payouts (for an additional fee charged by Stripe) are available in supported countries.
Yes. Waresport makes this a one-click setting per payment form. When enabled, Stripe's 2.9% + $0.30 fee is added to the family's total at checkout with a clear line-item label. Waresport's platform fee is never passed to families.
Families can pay with any major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH bank transfer (US). International cards are supported in 135+ currencies. Stripe handles all payment method routing automatically.
Club admins can issue full or partial refunds directly from the Waresport payments dashboard — no need to log into Stripe separately. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on the family's statement within 5–10 business days. Note: Stripe does not return its processing fee on refunds.
Yes. By using Stripe as the payment processor, Waresport inherits Stripe's PCI DSS Level 1 compliance — the highest standard. Waresport never stores raw card data; all payment details are tokenised and held by Stripe. Your club has no additional PCI obligations.
