Volleyball Community Director & LOVB Advisor
Lindsay Rosenthal has spent more than a decade building volleyball communities from the grassroots to the pro level. She is Director and Liaison at The LOVB Foundation and Community Development Manager at League One Volleyball (LOVB), where she designs programs that connect athletes, parents, coaches, club directors, and commercial partners. Previously she served as Community Director at LOVB, Director at Roots Volleyball, President of Roots & Wings Athletics, President of the Texas Beach Volleyball Association, and President of Texas Round-Up. She also founded 1379 Sports, a family athletic apparel and footwear shop in Austin. Lindsay brings deep operational experience in club development, community engagement, and partnership building to Waresport's volleyball strategy.
Soccer Advisor & National Team Coach
Gerard Jones serves as Head of Youth Development and U20/U17 Men's National Team Head Coach for the Bangladesh Football Federation. He previously led Visakha FC in the Cambodian Premier League, served as Director of Coaching for Sporting City North, and developed national coaching curriculums for the Moroccan Football Federation, the Football Association, and U.S. Soccer. His coaching education platform, CoachesClubhouse, has supported thousands of coaches worldwide. He brings elite level national team, professional club, and coach development expertise to Waresport's soccer operations.
