These Terms of Service govern your use of Waresport, including communication tools such as WhatsApp messaging. By using our platform, mobile applications or communication services, you agree to these terms.
Use of the Platform
Waresport provides tools for scheduling, communication, registration, attendance tracking and AI assistance for youth sports clubs. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes related to sports operations and club management. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and for all actions taken under your account.
Eligibility
You must be an authorized coach, administrator, parent or athlete associated with a participating sports organization to use Waresport. Minors must use the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Communication via WhatsApp and Other Channels
By enabling WhatsApp communication, SMS or email notifications, you consent to receive updates related to schedules, announcements, attendance and organizational information. You may opt out of these communications at any time. Messaging services may be provided by third parties such as WhatsApp or SMS providers under their own terms.
User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the platform, including distributing false information, engaging in harassment or sharing unauthorized personal data. All content you submit must be accurate and respectful. Club administrators are responsible for ensuring compliance with local data and privacy regulations.
Payments and Transactions
If you use Waresport for registrations or payments, all transactions are processed securely through our payment partners. Fees, refunds and financial policies are determined by the individual club or organization using the platform.
Intellectual Property
All software, designs, logos and features of Waresport are the intellectual property of Waresport. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
Service Availability
Waresport aims to provide uninterrupted access but does not guarantee that services will be error-free or available at all times. We may update or modify features to improve performance and functionality.
Limitation of Liability
Waresport is not responsible for missed games, scheduling conflicts, communication delays or decisions made based on platform content. The platform is a tool to assist administrators and all final decisions rest with the club or organization.
Termination
We may suspend access to any user who violates these terms or engages in misuse. Users may stop using the service at any time. Organizations may request data export or account closure by contacting support.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or local courts as appropriate.
