Ladder leagues

Pickleball ladder league software for the weekly challenge list.

A ladder is a ranked list. A player challenges up, the result is recorded, and the order changes. The captain is not rebuilding the list in a spreadsheet after every Tuesday session.

Plans are Team $69.99, Club $129.99, Elite $199.99, and Pro $299.99 per month. Card processing is 3.4% + $0.80 per transaction (Stripe 2.9% + $0.30 plus Waresport 0.5% + $0.50). Clubs go live in 24 hours. Free migration is included.

How the ladder runs

01

Publish the ladder

Start with the ranked list. Players see where they stand and who they can challenge. The list is the season, not a one-weekend draw.

02

Record the result

Enter the challenge outcome. The ladder moves. Staff are not re-sorting a spreadsheet after Tuesday night.

03

Keep the next match on the club calendar

The challenge still needs a court. Book that time on the same club record as memberships and dues, instead of a second app for the ladder captain.

The list, the court, and the member

The ladder does not live apart from the club. Memberships and guest passes are on membership. The court for the challenge is on facility management. A capped drop-in that is not a ladder challenge is open registration.

Questions

What is pickleball ladder league software?

It runs a ranked challenge list for a pickleball club. Players move when a result is recorded. It is the standing order of the ladder, kept with the club's courts, memberships, and payments.

How is a ladder different from a fixed league schedule?

A ladder stays open. The order changes when someone wins a challenge. A fixed league schedule is a set of matches planned ahead. Season scheduling is on /solutions/scheduling-and-league-management. This page is the ranked list.

Can tennis or padel clubs use the same ladder?

Yes. Pickleball is the lead use. Tennis and padel clubs can run the same ranked list. Court booking for the match is on /solutions/facility-management.

Does the ladder replace DUPR?

No. DUPR is a rating. The ladder is the club's ranked list. Clubs that already use DUPR can keep that rating on the player. The integration page is /integrations/dupr.

What does it cost?

Plans are Team $69.99, Club $129.99, Elite $199.99, and Pro $299.99 per month. Court booking, memberships, and the ladder sit on the club plan. Card processing is 3.4% + $0.80 per transaction (Stripe 2.9% + $0.30 plus Waresport 0.5% + $0.50). There is no per-athlete software fee. Not affiliated with or endorsed by CourtReserve.

How fast can a ladder go live?

Clubs go live in 24 hours. Free migration is included. Book a 30-minute demo at /schedule-a-call. The pickleball hub is /sports/pickleball.
