Which version of QuickBooks does Waresport integrate with?
Waresport integrates with QuickBooks Online — Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, and Advanced. QuickBooks Desktop is not currently supported. If you need Desktop support, tell us during onboarding and we will help you evaluate a move to QuickBooks Online.
What sync between Waresport and QuickBooks?
Registration fees, recurring memberships, court bookings, pro shop sales, sponsorships, refunds, voids, and adjustments all sync automatically. Customer records, classes, locations, and Stripe payout batches also sync so bank reconciliation is one click.
How often does data sync?
In real time. Every payment, refund, and adjustment posts to QuickBooks within seconds of happening in Waresport. You can also trigger a manual sync from your dashboard at any time.
Do I still need a bookkeeper?
You still need someone to close the books and file returns, but Waresport removes 80 to 90 percent of the manual data entry your bookkeeper or treasurer does today. Most clubs report saving 20 or more hours per month.
Will this mess up my existing QuickBooks setup?
No. During onboarding, we map Waresport fee types onto your existing chart of accounts, classes, and locations. Nothing changes in QuickBooks until you approve the mapping.

Stripe deposits arrive in your bank as a single lump sum representing hundreds of transactions. Waresport groups the underlying charges into a QuickBooks deposit that matches the payout amount, so reconciling a week of activity takes seconds instead of hours.

No. Waresport states that its QuickBooks Online integration is included with every Waresport plan at no additional cost. A separate QuickBooks Online subscription may still be required.
