Head of Volleyball Curriculum · Waresport
"I have built volleyball programs from the ground up. These resources are what I wish I had when I was running tryouts, planning seasons, and answering parent questions at midnight."
Hand-crafted by an expert
Every resource is written and reviewed by Lindsay Rosenthal.
Lindsay is a volleyball community builder and club operator who has spent the last seven years with League One Volleyball (LOVB), directed Roots Volleyball, and led the Texas Beach Volleyball Association. She knows what club directors, youth coaches, and high school staffs actually need because she has hired coaches, run tryouts, built budgets, and grown programs from scratch.

Full-season plans, rotation cheat sheets, and tryout scorecards that scale to a 20+ athlete roster.
Club directors

Athletes & parents
Recruiting playbook, mental toughness workbook, and setter/hitter development video courses.
Trusted by coaches at every level
"The Season-Long Practice Plan Library saved me 40+ hours of planning. My coaches actually follow it because it's structured, not a wall of drills."
Sarah Whitman
Club Director, 14s Elite
"The tryout kit alone paid for itself. Objective scorecards ended the parent complaints about roster picks. Best $39 I've spent."
Marcus Reed
Head Coach, HS Varsity
"The Club Director Operations Bundle is what every new club owner needs. Contracts, handbooks, refund policies — all SafeSport-aligned. I recommend it in every onboarding call."
Priya Desai
USAV Board Member

How to choose the right volleyball resources for your program
Every volleyball coach knows the pain: you spend hours Googling "6-2 rotation cheat sheet" or "youth volleyball warm-up drills" and end up with 40 browser tabs and no coherent plan. This guide is our attempt to fix that. Below, we break down what every level of volleyball coach actually needs, in what order, and how much you should reasonably spend before you're wasting money.
First-year middle school coach
Start with the free Youth Practice Plan and 50 Warm-Up Drills PDF. Add the Middle School Coach's Starter Bundle when you're ready to run a full 12 to 16 practice season without reinventing the wheel each week. Skip the recruiting and college-level resources for now.
High school varsity or JV coach
You need the Season-Long Practice Plan Library and the Strength & Conditioning 12-week program. High school seasons are short and intense; you'll get more from a structured 36-session plan than from cobbling drills together each week. Layer in the Tryout Kit before your fall tryouts.
Club director (USAV, AAU, JVA)
Your priorities are different. Athletes get coached by your staff; you're running the business. Buy the Complete Club Volleyball Playbook (for your coaches), the 300 Drills Mega-Pack (for consistency across teams), and the Club Director Operations Bundle (contracts, refund policies, SafeSport, parent communication templates). These three cover 90% of what a first-year club director needs.
Elite / national team coach
You already have systems. What you need are the Setter Development Video Course, the Blocking & Defense Systems Guide, and the Mental Toughness Workbook for your athletes. These are the resources that move a good team to a great one.
Volleyball parent or high school athlete
The College Recruiting Playbook is the single most impactful thing you can buy. It walks families through building a recruiting profile, contacting coaches, filming highlights, and evaluating offers. Pair it with the Mental Toughness Workbook for the athlete.
What to avoid
Don't buy a random '500 drills PDF' from an author you've never heard of. Drills without progression, level tagging, or coaching cues are just noise. And don't pay for a video course that's less than 60 minutes — you're paying for someone's Instagram highlight reel, not real instruction.
