We use WhatsApp only to send scheduling updates for games, practices and events, deliver important club announcements and alerts, and share attendance reminders or AI-generated updates if enabled by your organization. We do not use WhatsApp information for marketing without your consent.
User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the platform, including distributing false information, engaging in harassment or sharing unauthorized personal data. All content you submit must be accurate and respectful. Club administrators are responsible for ensuring compliance with local data and privacy regulations.
Data Sharing and Third Parties
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties. WhatsApp, operated by Meta Platforms, may process your messages according to its own privacy policy. All communication is protected through WhatsApp’s end-to-end encryption.
