Fit

Who should use a baseball or softball website builder?

Best for

  • Travel baseball and softball organizations that take tryout fees and season registration online.
  • Rec leagues that publish a diamond schedule and a page for each team.
  • Clubs that also rent cages and want the public site to point at booking.

Not for

  • A single team that only wants a static page and will keep collecting fees in a group chat.
  • Programs that need golf league scoring. This product does not include that.

Baseball sites

What should a baseball team website include?

A travel baseball or softball site has a short list that parents actually use. They need the club name and colors, the age groups you field, the tryout dates, the season schedule, and a way to pay without emailing a coach. A roster page and a news page help, but the signup is what makes the site operational.

Waresport starts that list from the Diamond Travel Baseball template. You add the logo, the colors, and the programs, then publish to your domain. Registration cards can be a tryout, a season, or a tournament. Dedicated tryout evaluations and offers are part of tryout management, which is on Club plans and above. The Team plan can still take a tryout fee through registration.

The same site can link families to baseball club software and softball club software if you want the sport operations pages beside the public site. Cage rental is a different workflow. It lives on batting cage booking, not inside the website theme.

Included

What does the diamond site include?

These are the same platform tools as the website builder hub, pointed at travel and rec diamond clubs.

Registration

Programs, tryouts, memberships, and drop-ins can be registration cards on the site. Signups land in the club dashboard, including e-signatures for waivers.

Softball

Is there a softball website builder with registration?

Yes. The diamond template is for baseball and softball, not baseball alone. A softball club uses the same registration cards, the same payment rate, and the same schedule page. You are not buying a second product to put softball teams on the site.

Parents register and pay on your domain. Card processing is 3.4% + $0.80. Installment plans can split a season fee into 2 to 24 payments, which is useful when a travel fee is larger than a rec fee. Sibling discounts and early-bird pricing rules are part of payments, so a second player in the same family does not require a manual coupon code unless you want one.

Launch

How do tryouts and registration work on the site?

Put a tryout card and a season card on the home page. Families pay on the domain. Then follow the same 24-hour launch: template, brand and programs, publish. Clubs go live in 24 hours.

  3. 3

    Publish and take registrations

Publish the site and take registrations and payments on your domain. Clubs go live in 24 hours. Card processing is 3.4% + $0.80.

Spirit wear

Can I sell uniforms and spirit wear?

Yes, on Club plans and above. The Pro Shop is the shop on the club site, so a uniform or a hat can be an item beside registration instead of a separate store you have to explain. The Team plan does not include Pro Shop.

Optional add-ons at checkout, such as a jersey or a bag, are also part of payments. That is a checkout extra on a registration, which is different from a full shop catalog. Use the add-on when the item only exists because someone registered. Use the shop when you want a catalog families can open all season.

Compare

Waresport vs Jersey Watch, TeamSnap, SportsEngine, and Wix for baseball

A baseball club usually compares tools on registration, a schedule, and whether the site is a real club home. The table uses only public pages checked on October 30, 2026. Choose Waresport if you want the site, signup, and payments on one plan from $69.99 per month. Choose Jersey Watch if their $29 per month website package and 3.5% + $1 processing fit. Choose TeamSnap if you want their team app and will request a custom club price. Choose SportsEngine Motion if a $295 start and class-style registration match a facility. Choose Wix if you want a general marketing site and will add sports registration somewhere else.

Price

How much does a baseball or softball team website cost?

Waresport plans are Team $69.99, Club $129.99, Elite $199.99, and Pro $299.99 per month. Team covers up to 75 athletes and includes the website builder, registration, scheduling, and communication. Club covers up to 300 athletes and adds tryout management and Pro Shop. There is no per-athlete software fee. Athlete capacity still depends on the plan.

Card processing is 3.4% + $0.80 per payment. You can pass that fee to families or absorb it. ACH is 0.8%, capped at $5. A generic website plan plus a separate registration tool plus a separate payment tool is a stack of bills. This page does not invent a combined total for that stack, because those other tools publish their own prices.

Yearly billing is 20% off the monthly rate, and a yearly plan can be canceled for a prorated refund within 60 days. The pricing page is demo-first. Ask about a trial on the demo if you want to click through before you commit. See full pricing.

Rising Wickets and Abide Soccer Club publish live sites, and Vero Elite Volleyball Academy publishes a Waresport site. The Lab Basketball Club's case study includes a custom website built in Waresport, plus registration and payments. Vision Volleyball, Texoma Thunder VBC, and Vero Elite are Waresport clubs. Vision's published story is about tryouts, team assignments, communication, and payments as the club grew from two teams to fourteen. Texoma Thunder VBC is named here as a club on the platform. That is a client credit, not a claim that every one of those clubs uses the website builder the same way.
