Fit

Who is a sports camp website builder for?

Best for

  • Summer camps and skills camps that sell sessions by week or location.
  • Clubs that already run teams and want camp signup on the same platform.
  • Directors who want the confirmation email and the payment in one system.

Not for

  • A camp that will not take online payment and only needs a flyer.
  • Programs that need a live remaining-spots counter on the homepage. Set a capacity and a waitlist instead, and confirm any public counter on the demo.

Camp sites

What does a sports camp website need?

Camp families decide from dates, ages, price, and whether a session is still open. The site should list each week or location, take the registration, send a confirmation, and give you the roster. A pretty homepage without a working signup just creates email.

Waresport puts the session list and the payment on one domain. Registration supports open and close dates and capacity limits. Open registration is the event type for a camp session, clinic, or class: you set the capacity, the waitlist, who can see it, and whether a credit or a card pays.

Confirmations and reminders go out through the communications hub. You are not exporting a spreadsheet to a separate email tool just to tell a parent they are in.

Included

What is on a camp site?

Session registration, payments, email, and your domain. The shop is optional and starts on the Club plan if you sell camp shirts.

Registration

Programs, tryouts, memberships, and drop-ins can be registration cards on the site. Signups land in the club dashboard, including e-signatures for waivers.

How do session registration and payments work?

Each camp week can be its own registration. Families pay on the site. Card processing is 3.4% + $0.80. If the camp fee is large, installment plans can split it into 2 to 24 payments. Discount codes and early-bird pricing rules are in payments, and sibling discounts are supported there too.

Waivers are collected in the registration flow, with e-signatures, rather than as a PDF you hope comes back. If you want a form to start from, the waiver generator is a free tool you can use beside the signup. The registration itself is what stores the signed waiver with the camper.

Launch

How fast can a camp site go live?

Clubs go live in 24 hours. For a camp, that means the template, the session list, the domain, and a registration that takes payment. Hiring a designer is a different project with its own quote. This page does not invent that designer's price.

Cost context

Is there affordable website design for summer camps?

A custom design project is priced by the person you hire. Waresport is software: from $69.99 per month, with the site, registration, and payments included on that plan, and card processing at 3.4% + $0.80. Those are published numbers. They are not a bid for a freelance redesign.

If you want someone at Waresport to help place the sessions, ask on the demo. We do not publish a separate turnaround for that help. The launch line for the product is still 24 hours.

Compare

How does Waresport compare for camp websites?

Camp directors often look at Wix, Squarespace, SportsEngine, and a club platform. Wix publishes a free plan and eCommerce on higher plans. It does not publish a youth camp registration product on its plans page. SportsEngine Motion, on the public pricing page checked October 30, 2026, starts at $295 and lists class registration and waivers. Waresport starts at $69.99 per month with camp sessions on your domain. Squarespace prices are not restated here.

Price

How much does a sports camp website cost?

Waresport plans are Team $69.99, Club $129.99, Elite $199.99, and Pro $299.99 per month. Team covers up to 75 athletes and includes the website builder, registration, scheduling, and communication. Club covers up to 300 athletes and adds tryout management and Pro Shop. There is no per-athlete software fee. Athlete capacity still depends on the plan.

Card processing is 3.4% + $0.80 per payment. You can pass that fee to families or absorb it. ACH is 0.8%, capped at $5. A generic website plan plus a separate registration tool plus a separate payment tool is a stack of bills. This page does not invent a combined total for that stack, because those other tools publish their own prices.

Yearly billing is 20% off the monthly rate, and a yearly plan can be canceled for a prorated refund within 60 days. The pricing page is demo-first. Ask about a trial on the demo if you want to click through before you commit. See full pricing.

Rising Wickets and Abide Soccer Club publish live sites, and Vero Elite Volleyball Academy publishes a Waresport site. The Lab Basketball Club's case study includes a custom website built in Waresport, plus registration and payments. Vision Volleyball, Texoma Thunder VBC, and Vero Elite are Waresport clubs. Vision's published story is about tryouts, team assignments, communication, and payments as the club grew from two teams to fourteen. Texoma Thunder VBC is named here as a club on the platform. That is a client credit, not a claim that every one of those clubs uses the website builder the same way.

FAQ

Camp website questions

What's the best website builder for a small sports camp?

Pick a builder that lists sessions, takes the fee, and emails the family. Waresport does that from $69.99 per month. Card processing is 3.4% + $0.80. Clubs go live in 24 hours.

Can parents register on their phone?

Yes. The camp site is responsive, and the registration card works on a phone. Open the signup on a phone before you announce the camp.

Can I show remaining spots?

You can set a capacity and a waitlist so a full session stops taking unlimited signups. This page does not claim a public remaining-spots counter. Confirm that display on the demo if you need it.

Can I run multiple weeks or locations?

Yes. Each week or location can be its own registration, with its own dates, price, and capacity.

How do waivers fit into signup?

The registration flow collects waivers with the payment. You can draft language in the waiver generator and keep the signed copy with the registration.

How much does it cost?

Plans start at $69.99 per month. There is no per-athlete software fee. Early-bird rules, sibling discounts, and installment plans are part of payments. Card processing is 3.4% + $0.80.
